Ernie Hoffman

Ernie Hoffman has dedicated nearly 5 decades to serving the health care profession. After beginning his career in the hospital sector, Ernie became involved in Life Care Centers of America (LCCA), serving in various capacities during his 25 year career with them, including acquisitions, purchasing, and special projects. Ernie used his experience to start Hoffman Health that provided complete turnkey nursing home furnishings for LCCA and many other nursing home chains. Ernie later launched InterActive Health Services that provided wound care therapy and services. After years of using his expertise in long term care to provide consulting services for various companies, Ernie joined Liko, Inc where he developed a new interest in the specialty of Safe Patient Handling which now continues with RoMedic, part of the Handicare Group. Ernie Hoffman has dedicated most of his career to long term care. His experience, leadership, friendships and relationships in this specialty have positioned him well to be a chief advisor and loyal friend of the American Association for LTC Nursing (AALTCN).
